The APEX Challenge is June 29, 1994, in which Highpointers are to visit every highpoint.  It is organized by Bruce Marshall, IDS Financial Planner, to celebrate IDS Financial Services 100th birthday celebration. The “Apex Challenge” teamed American Express and IDS employees.
