Highpointers Club Bylaws
Following are copies of the Highpointers Club bylaws. Bylaws are published in the second quarter each year in the newsletter Apex to Zenith. We have been fortunate that Don Holmes has been overseeing the bylaws (and its changes) since he first created the bylaws for the club under Jakk Longacre in the 1990s.
