Highpointers in Oregon overwhelmingly voted to have the 2014 convention on Clingmans Dome in Tennessee. Todd Brown of Connecticut will host.
There had been little fanfare leading to the vote. After no nominations were made from the floor John Mitchler and Steve Urbanski said they would discuss two possibilities: Arkansas and Florida. Then Todd nominated Connecticut.
The event will be July 24-26, 2014.
