Coloradoan.com article on Boundary mentions the Highpointers registration box on Nevada’s highest

The Coloradan has article on Boundary Peak, Nevada which includes this note about the Highpointers box on Boundary.

Many summits contain a register of one kind or another in which climbers can memorialize their trip to the top. The Boundary Peak register consisted of a military surplus ammo box that contained a new-looking notebook with a cover proclaiming a “high pointers club” as the sponsor. The register’s last signature was dated Dec. 3, 2012. Also in the ammo box were an assortment of pens and pencils, some random trinkets (good luck charms left by previous visitors?), and a couple of energy bars.
