Highpointers 2009 Convention Registration Form

We have great plans for this year’s Convention at High Point State Park in New Jersey on July 30th to August 1st.

Since the Woodstock Music Festival nearby is celebrating its 40th anniversary in August we hope our event will be very groovy.  We do want to take you higher!

Our “Kosmic Convention” includes climbing the Gunks, a cookout at the world famous Urbanski farm, an excellent New York City adventure where he hope to show off our threads on the “Today Show”,  a tubing adventure down the Delaware River in the Delaware Gap National Recreation Area to visit the tripoint marker of New York/Pennsylvania/New Jersey.  We will have seminars on climbing and safety.

We hope to enjoy a sunset on the highpoint, have our signature pancake breakfast, a watermelon feast by the Jersey summit and of course there is the Saturday night banquet!

Our headquarters and hotel on the Delaware River have spectacular views of the summit. We hope to offer something for everybody.  It doesn’t matter if this is your first highpoint or if you are just getting back from Everest.  We welcome all ages and abilities.

The ticket entitles you to:

1) Wednesday night bar-b-que at Urbanski Farms
2) Friday night social at the convention hotel
3) Saturday morning breakfast at the convntion hotel
4) Saturday watermelon fest on New Jersey highpoint
