It says:
There’s a subset of peakbaggers called highpointers who aim for the highest elevation in any given geographical area. Mike Schwartz of Mendham compiled a list of the highest points of each county in New Jersey, from High Point, 1,803 feet, to the tippy top of Cape May County, 60 feet, and has “hiked” them more than a dozen times.
