The paddlewheeler "The Spirit of Dubuque" passes right over the tristate point during its normal cruise, and in fact, the captain points this out during the cruise! Greg Weiler found this out while investigating this. Greg says, "Our GPS receivers agreed 100%, and I think Jack was quite pleased to snag a wet tri-point." Call them at 800-747-8093 for reservations. They're at 3rd Street, Ice Harbor in Port of Dubuque. Follow Locust Street North off US-20, 20 minutes from Galena.
