George Vandersluis & I have made our hotel reservations for the 2017 Konvention at Holiday Inn. We heard today that the Konvention Hotel has been changed.
Is this true? If so, we would like to switch.
Please advise.

Oh my goodness, Mary- I just now saw this. My apologies, but I rarely come to this site.
The Host Hotel is the Howard Johnson in Williamstown. We have an “overflow Host Hotel” set up at Cozy Corner Motel, also in Williamstown. You may find that the Howard Johnson is now booked. I would advise staying at Holiday Inn unless you want to go through the trouble of changing to save a little money. Everything is close by anyway in the North Adams/Williamstown area.
