Online memberships are preferred because they take significantly less time to process and are more accurate, making a difficult job easier.

ONLINE

Memberships are offered for one year $30.00, two years for $60.00 or three years for $90.00 plus a processing fee. Please use our secure Regfox form.

MAIL IN

Memberships are offered for one year $35.00, two years for $65.00 or three years for $95.00. Please download the application form (PDF format) and mail it, along with a check payable to “Highpointers Club” to the club’s address on the form.

Dues cover one person at one address and can include family members, as nonvoting associate members. Membership includes one copy of the club’s quarterly magazine (4 issues per year), and other benefits.

Memberships are nonrefundable.

Highpointing can be a dangerous and strenuous activity. Be sure to prepare yourself for each trip, whether that means physical conditioning and training for technical climbs or tuning up and changing the oil in your car. Always plan carefully and be ready for anything that may happen. Stay updated on weather conditions and adjust your plans accordingly. Many books are available on travel, hiking, camping, mountaineering, and everything related to highpointing.

For more technical climbs, consider hiring professional guides. There are also schools and training courses that can teach you the nuances of climbing (no pun intended).
