Following a vote at the 2026 General Membership Meeting, North Dakota was selected as the host state for the 2028 Convention.
For the first time ever, the Highpointers Club Convention will take place in North Dakota, offering a new opportunity to explore, connect with fellow highpointers, and experience the landscapes that make each state highpoint unique.

North Dakota was chosen after a runoff vote against Indiana, with Wisconsin also in consideration.
